Sadda Kulturförening held its annual meeting with the association's members and invited guests present.
The meeting was opened by the chair, Rabaa Rahal, who welcomed everyone who had come. In her opening words she thanked them for their engagement and their continued support for the association's work.
Saul Sagnia and Asma Sheikh Attieh were elected to chair the meeting and lead its proceedings. Amer Kharma was appointed minute-taker and Hala Touman was appointed to verify the minutes.
The agenda was presented and adopted unanimously by the members present. The meeting covered the presentation of the association's annual report, a review of the activities of the past period, the presentation and discussion of the financial report, the election of a new board in accordance with the association's statutes, and the setting of the membership fee for the coming period.
Once every item on the agenda had been dealt with and the necessary decisions taken, the meeting was closed. The association warmly thanked everyone present for their attendance, their cooperation and their constructive part in the day.
